All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers.

SHIPPING
FREE Ground shipping applies to lower 48 states only and exclude Oversized items, chemicals, batteries. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS

EXCHANGES & RETURNS: Within 10 Days from Receipt.
Contact our customer Return/Exchange Dept department at for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
After you receive your RMA number you must return it to us within ten (10) working days
All requests for returns and refunds are subject to all of the following conditions:
Merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, in its original packaging cartons/bags, tags, instructions, etc.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE may be returned for replacement within 10 days from Receipt. We will reimburse return shipping via either UPS Ground or 1st Class US Mail.

EXCHANGES ONLY (no returns) FOR DIFFERENT SIZES OF THE SAME NAME BRAND ON:: Apparels, Gloves, Boots, Electric Clothing. 10% exchange fee plus shipping. Items that have been discontinued by the distributor/manufacturer, after receipt of item CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Please know what size and what color you want before ordering because we do not take returns on apparel, only exchanges with 10% restocking fee.
NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS: Please make sure you know exactly what you want before ordering.
ALL HELMETS, SPIDI GEAR, MICRON EXHAUST, HYPERPRO, D&D EXHAUSTS, Leo Vince exhausts, all exhaust replacement parts, ALL FAIRINGS including but not limited to front fender, upper, lowers, tails, undertails, seat cowls, huggers, all chains, ELECTRONICS / ELECTRICALS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED POWERCOMMANDERS, TURN SIGNALS, LIGHT BULBS, COMMUNICATORS. Items that have been discontinued by the distributor, after receipt of item.

A restocking fee of 10% or $10 per order whichever is greater will be charged on ALL merchandise exchanged or returned. Shipping charges on all exchanges will be charged to customers. No credits will be given on refused shipments.

IN ORDER FOR US TO KEEP OFFERING THE LOWEST PRICES,
10% processing fee WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL CANCELLED ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED (if the creditcard has been ran), PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU ORDER

Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Credit card orders will be credited to the original credit card. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

PARTS411.com is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments
